The Blip Desk App is an application that allows users to assist their customers after the transition from the intelligent contact's choice tree - the chatbot. It connects businesses to the most commonly used channels in the world of conversational service, such as WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger.

The initial goal of the app was to match the features of the existing Desk product on the web, so that we could later launch new functionalities tailored to specific needs and users. It was also a goal to release the app for both iOS and Android, opting for Flutter technology.
