VendorSmart℠ is a web-based platform built to help Community Managers find the best vendors for their open projects. It connects Vendors, Communities and Managers, letting managers find the best vendors for their open projects in their communities. The company offers services such as Compliance, RFPs, Bids, Invoices, Payments and more.

I am the responsible of a complete implementation of the Design System for VendorSmart℠. I managed to be the only Product Designer of the company for almost two years straight, taking care of the design process of three squads and reporting directly to the CEO. I did the entire revamp of the onboarding, subscriptions and compliance process tickets on the last year. And when I first arrived at the company, I was the responsible for the entire design migration from Sketch to Figma, so we could have a better platform compatibility and metrics.
